Richard Sloane
Richard has over 35 years of experience working in the Financial and Real Estate Sector. Most recently he was involved in the origination, underwriting, structuring and management of Real Estate investments on behalf of a major international fund. Richard was previously with KBC Bank where he was responsible for a number of business areas including wealth management, property finance and retail banking. He started his career with PWC where he trained as a chartered accountant.
John Gillespie
John has 20 years’ experience in all aspects of the Irish property market including portfolio management, sales, lettings, valuations and advisory. He is a Director at DNG Gillespie Lowe, Gillespie Lowe Asset Management and Lowe & Associates. John is a Chartered Valuation Surveyor and member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). As an asset Receiver and Asset manager, John has particular experience in complex asset management and has acted for major financial institutions and state agencies.
